Sehr schöner Artikel, wie beschrieben. Trotz augenscheinlich sehr sicherer Verpackung, ist anscheinend beim Verpacken oder Transport ein Glasflügel abgebrochen. Rückgabe gestaltete sich schwierig. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit dem Verkäufer hat schließlich ebay eine Entscheidung zu meinen Gunsten getroffen. Ich halte den Verkäufer trotzdem für zuverlässig, denn der Artikel war schnell bei mir.

Ein Kleiderlüfter komplett, der zweite ohne Wandhalterung. Ich bot an, mir das fehlende Teil nachzusenden, das ging nicht. Ich schlug mehrmals Rücksendung vor - war nicht gewünscht. Angebotener Preisnachlass war so gering, daß ich den Schaden gehabt hätte. Ich schaltete eBay ein, da erhielt ich Rückerstattung. Daraufhin bat mich der Verk. um eine positive oder neutrale Bewertung. Der Verk. schaltete seinerseits eBay gegen mich ein (wurde niedergeschlagen) - eBay ist fair zu beiden Seiten. Danke!
