Bought an item that stated in description 22inc. And I received wrong size items and the seller said sorry but she can only refund 20% and make me keep the item as the return process is very difficult, even when the item was shipped from UK. This is an old strategy to make profit and make the customer lose their money. Don’t trust. Absolutely customer disrespect. From seller: How about we refund you 20% as compensation to have this inconvenience done？

Don’t trust them. I ordered the 8 metre flag pole as described. I received 1.8 metres. They response when contacted oh sorry for inconvenience please accept £3 compensation. No thanks want my 8 metres. Now just get the we will pass it over to customer service. Very disappointed. Seller is not uk either. Please send me the additional poles to make my 8 metres.
