Terrible experience. Had some miscommunication at the start purchasing a door bell. Seller told me to repurchase and that he would give me an 8% discount when I receive it. It's been weeks and I have tried to contact him many times and never heard back. If I had known, I wouldn't get the discount I would've purchased it from another seller who was a bit cheaper. Never buying from this seller again. The door bell also doesn't work properly. I reached out for help re product and still no response

The Juicer is heavy so the packaging could have been better to protect it and add a more professional look to a reasonably expensive item.
