Fast shipping but one of the controllers wasn't working properly so I told the seller and he was able to replace it within a reasonable amount of time. I would of rated my experience as positive for the way he handled everything but it was still really annoying having to wait another week for it. But, overall if your thinking about buying a valve index I would recommend this seller.

Terrible seller! Drill arrived with an overseas plug and no Australian adaptor! Unusable! Ignored important buyer instructions/message provided at the time of purchase.
Item poorly packaged- send in original box which arrived damaged.
Seller was extremely rude and impatient- sending me messages demanding I pick up the parcel the day it arrived! You’re not AusPost!
