Contacted the seller and asked if this item had any loose or broken parts ….seller clearly told me there was NO missing or broken parts but when I received the item it was in fact broken and or missing parts even by looking in the protective packing it was in I seen grab iron in paces that would be acquired from shipping issues I feel I was lied to and very upset will never purchase from this seller again
