      Absolutely fantastic ebay seller!! Yes, the item is great, exactly as described, and packed well, but what made this so amazing was the seller's response when USPS completely lost the original shipment. I waited more than a week, and then contacted the seller. No hassle, no questions asked, no hesitation - they just shipped me out another one. got to me in a few days. all good. I know it wasn't the seller's fault that my original item never got to me, but they made sure I got what I paid for!!

      Seller was communicative when I inquired about a couple of things. They explained clearly in the display that they would be using a certain kind of shipping and that if it was cheaper than advertised, they would refund remaining amount. Sure enough I was refunded some money shortly after purchase. Item was carefully packaged and when viewing item in person, it had been fairly represented in sellers photos.

      I was originally sent the wrong color of the item that I purchased. I contacted the seller and explained the mistake and he was gracious enough to send another of the color that I had ordered. I appreciate the action this seller has taken by sending me the right color at no charge to me and I am truly thankful for generosity and his honest business etiquette.
