So the wig should have fit perfect, and it didn't . The wig arrived in a box labeled 16-17 inch. Was not 16-17". The wig would only lay on top of the dolls head. It couldn't be stretched to come down to the ear or the back of the head. I contacted Factory Direct they apologized said they would look into it. They do not accept returns. The manufacturer mis-sized the wig. No fault of FD. Buyers Be Aware.

I contacted them, they asked a couple of follow-ups (nothing unreasonable or difficult), immediately dispatched the correct item, and did everything I could have requested fixing my problem. Getting it right 100% of the time is impossible. Its how they solve the anomalies that show you a company's real commitment to customer service. Thank you guys!
