This item is a present for a family member, & the original factory plastic sealing is still intact. The item arrived in an un-padded plastic bag, & has had something heavy placed or dropped on it, damaging one end of the box. I specifically asked at time of order for the item to be packed extremely well to ensure no transit damage. The other item that I ordered at the same time was also in an un-padded post bag, when I asked if this could be well padded as well. Luckily it has no damage.

While the price was good and the item arrived quickly, I was disappointed it came with absolutely no packaging. Label just on item. It was a gift so lucky my kid didn’t see it! Never in 1,000 purchases have I seen no packaging. Only reason I still gave positive was it arrived in damaged. I understand saving money bc and time but seems going to bite you in the end when customers get damaged product and you have to refund.
