Ordered Rose Bouquet on 13 Aug.
Wrong items delivered (x2 roses in glass domes packed in styrofoam instead of x1 bouquet in decent paper box).
Asked for refund on 17 Aug.
Admitted their fault 20 Aug.
Confirmed they received returned item from me, agreed to arrange refund and promised to send free flowers as a courtesy 30 Aug. Never received any refund or flowers.
Unresponsive ever since that date and I had to ask eBay to step in on 08 Sep.
