    I am a buyer for an accredited police agency in Delaware. The item arrived damaged, in contrast to the eBay posting. The posting did not have any angles of the item from the damaged location but did state "no damage". When I contacted the seller to give him an opportunity to make it right, the seller became immediately defensive and attempted to accuse me of fraud even though the damaged item had their stamp/ decal on it. Terrible customer service and seller, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
