    Disappointing service from this seller. Item sent was not the one in the photos and was badly stained. They took ages to agree the return and just kept offering a small discount. In the end, I had to organise the return back to Japan and then it took weeks to get a refund of the postage. Slow replies to my messages and messed around with the refund until I threatened to get Ebay involved again.

    The post the seller has for Kouki taillights is not the taillights that were sent. The ones sent were damaged and in terrible shape. He also reposted the exact same listing he sold me the day I received the item. After going through all the nonsense and eBay to get the refund, he then tried to give a partial refund after receiving the item back saying it was damage(I shipped it back in the exact same packaging he sent it in.) and of course it was damaged, he sent me damaged parts.
