Seller was helpful and the coat I bought was sent promptly and very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Only slight drawback was the colour stated in description was khaki and pictures indicated this. Colour received was petrol blue. Not a negative point but lighting of photograph can affect colour so useful to be specific for customers (have bought coat in longer style in khaki but given to daughter so preference would have been khaki) but no issues as it is a lovely coat.
