Great experience with the seller. The KVM also works great. I don't have a 4k monitor but it is handling my 2k ultrawide and 16:9 just fine at 100hz. I didn't like the hotkey option as ctr+shift+left/right is used to highlight a word. Still has the switch button and the IR remote. If you want a wired remote, I recommend getting programable two button keyboard..
