I have to state good and bad. When the status of my order, with three days until the last day of the expected delivery range, still showed `awaiting postage', I wrote. The seller advised that my order was `missed' due to extreme business. To be fair, he offered another book, as well as the one purchased. I declined. My `very good' book arrived today with another random book - despatched 3 days after my message. ASAP - maybe, but what if I had not sent my message. `Missed' is a caution!
