Item arrived a little broken, but it was not seller's fault and I was able to glue the piece back on and it is hardly noticeable. The packaging was really good. Lots of protection on item...it just was a delicate part in the design that likely would have broke in the same place the first year I stored it in the attic after Christmas. Seller gave a price reduction.
