It claims to be authentic but it has a green liquid separated from the cream which takes up half the jar. It does not work. My eyes are dry, it doesn’t smell the same. This is not authentic! I tried to reach out for a refund and the seller told me this is normal. As this concern was raised over a month after purchase, we are unable to determine how the product was stored during that time. We're always happy to assist with any concerns
