Product arrived packaged very well and I'm great communication. I accidentally ordered it to the wrong address and they were so kind and easy to talk to about getting that fixed. It also delivered so quick! Instead of two weeks it was closer to a couple days. The DS is in super condition, only thing is it didn't come with a stylus but they're pretty cheap on Amazon so I'm not super bothered. Very happy with my purchase!!

PSP was in excellent shape as was the box. You are taking a gamble with seller though as description reads “pictures are representation only”, or something to that tune. Luckily mine was perfect. Also seller never replied to my message inquiring about shipping, but nonetheless it arrived safely. I’d recommend, just set your expectations going into any transactions.
