Ordered a part for my car which was advertised for the make and model.
It arrived and the part was incorrect despite description.
I sent photos of the new part next to the old one as the seller wanted pictures.
The old part which was bigger as well as the product codes on both old and new parts so they can see this.
Instead of sending out the correct part as I requested once I send the wrong part back, they said no, have a refund and were adamant it was a manufactures fault not theres.
