    Best vitamins to take for an older adult.

    Contains a lot of ingredients to shore up the immunity system of an older adult. Pills are a little big for me to swallow, but not so big that it can't be. Also contains minerals/vitamins that one wouldn't think to take. Wonderful to take so I don't have to worry so much about am I eating the correct foods.
