I’ve given this so called firm, an opportunity to refund my money. They chose to ignore and now have a negative feedback.
The part was advised as being fit for my car. It wasn’t the right fitting. Spindle not accepting main component.
Appalling response to emails.
In addition, they sent the part in a plastic bag, open to damage.
The case was taken on by eBay, due to my error the claim was cancelled as confusion relating to return postage request on my behalf. Basically, eBay returns £3.99.
