Arrived this morning. The surface of the grip strip is faulty and pealing making holding the pen uncomfortable. This is not "The pens have been taken from a working environment, please check pictures for details" - no sign of pealing grip surface on your pictures
I want a refund and as it is faulty should not have to pay return fees. Plesae confirm I can return at your cost as it is faulty.
