I had issues where the advert said free postage but then there was a £43 customs charge added for delivery to the UK which wasn't mentioned by the seller...I contacted the seller and they agreed to pay this fee..the chess set was then delivered without delay..I was very happy and impressed by both the quality of the set and by the sellers amazingly good attitude and that they were 100% committed to customer satisfaction to such an extent that they agreed to pay the customs fee ..
