Not necessarily a bad product but most likely not Agate. I bought 2 for burnishing paper but realized the paint was getting transferred over to the paper. I used nail polish remover to confirm and as seen in the pictures the paint over was completely removed. So most likely glass or another stone painted to look more like agate. Mentioned to seller and they were kind enough to provid me with a partial discount. It can still be used for burnishing or polishing but best to remove the paint first.
