I purchased 2 items from this seller, as I made a mistake in my first purchase as the fan and shroud did not quite fit where I had planned. I contacted the seller and they were extremely understanding and assisted me to get the correct piece. The items were well packaged, much better packaged than the one I sent back as it was damaged in shipping, but again the seller was understanding. I would happily purchase from this seller again!
