Communicated detailed BIOS diagnostics and they agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately, they were going on holiday and wouldn't be able to send for 5 days. Replacement in very good condition and working properly. Shame about the faulty one; should have been tested before shipment? But maybe damaged in transit? Great communication and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
