Personally, I would not deal with this seller again.
Despite prior contacting the seller for confirmation of makeup of "Straw Hat" , to which they replied as per advert. Upon arrival it was made of 100% PAPER!! It was heavy and scrunched up flat for postage - all creased up.
They had to be led to pay a full refund, as per Ebay policy, which they were reluctant to do, offering only partial refund.

Because it arrived broken and we messaged them a week or so back and heard nothing back if they ganna send a new on or if something is ganna be done but we were excited to have that tea pot and didn't think it would be broken
