We saw your comments and wanted to make sure you knew our side. You ordered the item on Jan. 18th which was a Saturday. We did drop off the package at the USPS that same day. However, with the 19th being a Sunday and Monday the 20th was MLK Day the PO was closed. With the PO being closed on those days, they package didn't start moving until Tuesday the 21st. The item was delivered on the morning of the 25th. We are sorry that the USPS let you down.
