Bringing back familiar faces ups the value.
Oh dear, produce and writer Russell Davies is bringing back some old faces you might say. Well Davies started the New Who from 2005 and he is now back with his entertainment skills at maximum timey wimeyness. In fact, he’s tying up the biggest concerns left over from his era which are the vulnerability of Donna and the gut wrenching ending of the 10th Doctor played by David Tennant. If you love Doctor Who, I’d recommend this set of three specials: they add substance to Doctor Who lore, are lots of fun with great aliens, a wonderful sense of family and awesome guest stars. Great to see that Davies continues to expand the boundaries of social commentary too. Oh, not to forget the introduction to the NEXT DOCTOR! If you’re a fan, why haven’t you bought this?
