This seller wouldn't write back when I told them that the blue lace agate bead bracelet I got did not look like the one in the photo. Theirs looks more blue with nice patterns. Mine looks more blurry/opaque with many beads having some pale dirty yellow color in them. It was described as AAA. I'd say it's a B- or a C. The worst part is no response from the seller. No heart on the part of a seller means a more detailed description of what went wrong from the buyer. God knows I wasted $16. ��
