I heard about the new book, "Grace" by Richard Paul Evans on the Glenn Beck Show. I bought it, read it, and fell in love with his style of writing. They are very moralistic books, where in the end, "Love Wins". I have read 10 of his books now, and cannot express how much I enjoyed them!! Most of them should come with instructions to have a box of kleenex handy! They are very easy reading, and all have quotes from the character's diary or journal. I would recommend them for male and female alike. Great Reading!! The latest one I read is "The Sunflower" which takes place in Peru. Great Story Line!! Moral: Love Finds A Way
I have purchased and read this book before and then gave it to someone else to enjoy. I decided I wanted to read it again. I love it just as much the second time. I recommend it to anyone who would like a good, uplifting read.

ONe of the best books I have read in awhile, and I'm an avid reader. there is just something so vulnerable and tender in the story and the way Richard Paul Evans tells it is terriffic. We all know people just like this. People who are trying to help someone else the best way they know how, people who are wounded and trying to recover their ability to love and accept love, while still doing good things all around them, and people who are willing to try just one more time over and over again. I also love that this is based on a real place.
Nice chatacterization...romantic storyline

I bought this story after someone recommended it to me following my trip to Peru. It was interesting, especially in references to places that I had visited. The story line was not gripping, too predictable and "soppy" in places. But overall it was a fun read. The ending was a bit trite. The attempt to insert a little religious undertone didn't fit because it was not a consistant theme. Not something I'd read again, but I did enjoy it.
Great read.
