USPS managed to damage a very sturdy box and even though the parts were very well packaged, many of the trim pieces were damaged as a result. USPS would not accept responsibility for their negligence but the seller stepped up and we worked out something that was fair and equitable for both of us without needing to involve e-bay.
I have purchased items multiple times from this seller and have always been treated well. I expect I will continue to buy items this seller lists going forward.
