    Best long lasting eyeliner pencil.

    The best eyeliner pencil as the colour stays all day and never wears off. Also, the colour is beautiful. Unfortunately it is very difficult to find.

    Very good product doesn't smudge. Think it is expensive for what it is as pencil runs out quickly doesn't fill length of pen like an ordinary pencil would do.
