However, it was described as brand new, so I thought it should have a seal and be in a box. It had neither. If an item is new, it should at have a seal on it. It took a long time arriving, but I blame that on our mail service. Our mail service has been extremely slow since before Christmas. I think that this dealer needs to give a better description of the goods he sells. He should have listed it as New with no seal and no box.
