I actually got the wrong item but the customer service was so good that I can’t really fault them for an accident. Shipping took forever but I think it just got lost for a bit somewhere in Georgia. It’s a beautiful necklace. They just sent it with the wrong gemstone. That’s the only problem with it. I had a nearly immediate response to the message I sent them. I got a kind apology and a rapid refund.
