The item arrived broken. After sending the seller of the broken item, I was asked if I could repair it myself. Despite repairing the item myself, there was a gap in the item where there shouldn’t be a gap so I don’t feel comfortable wearing the item in case I lose the crystal that I put in it. Eventually, I was able to convince the seller to provide me with a full refund, which they did.

The item did not arrive but was marked delivered. We were here on the day it was marked delivered and it was not. The tracking information is Chinese not Australia Post. I have contacted the seller but they keep asking questions I’ve already answered and making nonsense comments. I want a refund so that I can buy the item I need elsewhere.
