I am pleased with the ornament. It looked in great condition. However, it is supposed to tie into a line of Christmas tree lights and when a button is pushed it make a clucking Jingle Bell sound. Ours doesn't seem to be working. It sounds terrible and you can't even tell what song it is. That was one of my favorite features about this ornament. We also tried it on newer LED light strand. We are looking into if this makes a difference or not in the sound quality and functionality of ornament.
