And I received wrong size items and the seller said sorry but she can only refund 20% and make me keep the item as the return process is very difficult, even when the item was shipped from UK. Don’t trust them. I ordered the 8 metre flag pole as described. I received 1.8 metres. They response when contacted oh sorry for inconvenience please accept £3 compensation. No thanks want my 8 metres. Now just get the we will pass it over to customer service. Very disappointed. Seller is not uk either. Please send me the additional poles to make my 8 metres.
