    I am very frustrated! The multimeter was advertised as new and still in the box. It arrived (no box) it was in a hard plastic thing that had been cut opened (not even neatly) The negative probe cover is missing, it is obvious that the multimeter has been used. It has something black on it (oil or grease) plus the window cover is scuffed up. I sent an email. I was told they would get back to me either Fri 25th or Mon 28th of July. I sent a follow up email on 29 July. Still no response!!!

    Polished Brass Front Entry Handleset with Smartkey

    This product was very easy to install. I removed the old set and replaced it with the new one in less than 15 minutes. To re-key to my old key was even easier. I recommend this product for its looks and ease of installation.

    Kwickset handle set

    This set is excellent quality and quite a value. I installed two outside door knob sets on the back door and garage door and keyed this set to match in a matter of a few minutes. One reason it is a good value is that on the inside it has a knob rather than a lever handle. This makes it a little old fashioned but a really good value.

    Great brass look and updates door.

    Sold as open box, which could mean a few scratches. Mine had maybe a small mark, but you had to look so close, that even a new one might have had. Beautiful, makes my door look more majestic.
