The item description was described as new, but when I received the coffee pot, it was very noticeably used. Seller is not completely honest in the description. It also said returns would be available within a certain amount of time but when I opened the package there was a piece of paper, saying returns not accepted. Luckily, the coffee pot works but I would not recommend the seller.
