Product received as described. Seller packaged very well and got to post office on first business day after holiday. Shipped fast, however post office did not process as Priority mail package, not seller's fault! Took care of firmware update issue (the two RBS750s replaced two RBS350s that would not take the latest Orbi firmware update, and the RBR750 router did not recognize the older RBS350 satellites). Very pleased, THANK YOU!
