Fantastic design. Brand new quality. I especially like the durability and feel, the light weight, the wide keyboard which still has the benefit of a number pad. Unfortunately, it has Windows 11 and will not even set up without Wi-Fi and a Microsoft login, and many hoops to jump through to ensure data privacy. Additionally, the advertised "free office 365" is a 1 month trial before auto-charging you. Deceptive marketing. This says nothing about the quality of the product. Solid build.

Because it was refurbished, no manual or other instructions, but no problem downloading manual online. Perfect condition, everything working fine.

Terrible experience with this seller. They shipped me a damaged laptop, refuse to replace it, and offer me $30 if I keep this damaged laptop. Why would I take that risk for $30? Any future warranty claim might be refused because of the physical damage to the laptop. This is a joke. I'd never buy from this seller again, and I'd never even trust any "eBay Refurbished" deal either. The only option is to return it for a refund. I don't want a refund, I want the laptop that I paid you for. Trash.
