The provided stylus doesn't work and it won't do a fast charge indicating damage to the charge port. If you flip the cord on the USB C port it won't charge at all. Further indicating damage. Received a broken phone. Need a full refund and seller to provide return shipping label. Messaged seller two days ago and waiting for response.

    Samsung has one of the best screen displays.

    My Samsung S9+ stopped working properly so I purchased the S21 Ultra as a replacement and since it's another Samsung it's familiar. Samsung displays are some of the best. Speakers are pretty good. Battery life is good, but not outstanding. I haven't used the cameras extensively yet, but they should be an improvement over my old S9+. I saved myself some bucks by buying an S21 since it's not the current generation. Overall I'm happy with the phone. I don't give it 5 stars though because like so many other phone manufacturers they took away the expandable storage and charge high prices for more internal memory. Let's me honest, internal memory isn't that expensive. I also don't care for the lack of 3.5 jack these days which is why I was hanging on to my S9+.

    there's no place for me to put a memory card it only has internal.

    Is advanced is I would assume you could put extra memory I mean it's huge and has a lot of life and it only has the standard 256 memory with no place to cook your terabyte of extra memory to your memory cards no no no I need all the memory I can get very disappointed that you're not have extra memory slot.

    S21 Ultra, Good....Battery life keeps it from great

    Battery life is ACCEPTIBLE. NOT great. Very customizable. There was no charging able included. Good size. Easy to use. The on/off button and volume are on the same side; makes screen-capture tough if yo need this feature! Not sure if it is my Wi-Fi, but this phone has a tough time moving data via Wi-Fi. Previous galaxy did not.

    Hefty phone with great performance and camera.

    Usability is the same for me since we only use Samsung S or Note phones. The camera and video recording are superb with tons of features. It's a well-built, hefty phone with plenty of battery life.

    Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G

    I purchased the phone used, unlocked, with 256 GB memory. The large screen is easier for me to read. It has a great camera with 10X tele. The only negative is beginning with the S21 models Samsung removed the Sim card slot for more memory. I like the rounded corners of the S21 Ultra over the S22 Ultra model. Yes, it is a BIG phone to carry around, but that's OK with me.
