The whole experience from picking my ring to follow up after delivery was PERFECT. Superb communication every step of the way. I am truly blown away by how beautiful my rings are. The main “engagement” ring is larger than expected but that is just photo vs. reality. I love it! Cost for quality is AMAZING! Seller lied about shipping. Despite stating NY as the location, item was shipped from outside this country. When questioned, seller blamed USPS for the long wait & continued to lie. Ring not the size ordered, the 14k marking was etched not imprinted. Seller rude and argumentative. I’ve been awaiting a return label for several days, despite what return policy states. A horrible experience, not worth the little bit of money spent. Corresponded have since slowed considerably since returning.
