Posted late, arrived late, Posted as a letter with no protective packaging for my fragile item and I was forced to pay extra postage at the post office. Contacted the seller and they accused me of being rude, denied that they sent it as a letter (don't know how they could deny it when the evidence is plain to see). Listed as very good condition when it's obviously not (not as described). One of these sellers where nothing is their fault and have a "can't please everyone" mindset. Unprofessional.

Had been wanting to buy a SubPod for sometime, so excited to finally get one.
Was only notified after purchasing that the internal hinge was broken (with urgency in reply or they were going to re-sell) and it arrived with a big scratch on the lid/seat which I wasn't made aware of. Yes, understand it was a demo item, and its going in the garden so not a big deal but would have appreciated this in the initial description.
Seller did agree to small discount on basis of broken hinge.
