    Bad button design that doesn't work well

    The buttons are too close together and are hard to push. The thumb has a hard time distinguishing which button blends into which. There needs to be a decent separation to give a distinct feel between thumbs. Also, the forward/backward facing orientation is counter-intuitive and makes the buttons even harder to feel and pish. Just a bad design.
