I asked TWICE before I bought this product, if the CRIMPiT was really round, as in the picture. I was told yes, it was round. But no, I received a square one. I requested a full refund & I would return the product, but I was told I could keep the product & they would refund me half the price. I said NO several times but they would not budge. So, through no fault of my own, I'm out of pocket $15 & have a product I don't want. Not a happy customer.
