I received the keyboard quickly. It was well packaged and looked in great condition. However, when I used it I soon realised that some of the keys did not work. I noticed some were jammed down and not free to use. I reported this issue and was immediately given a refund, which was excellent. I would have used them for a replacement but I was given a keyboard by a friend.
