Especially, because I ordered several items at once, seller combined them into one box and refunded me a goodly amount of the shipping cost! Upon arrival, one end of the outer box was partially crushed during handling by USPS. The inner model factory box was also crushed on 1 corner during shipping (see photo). Upon inspection, it appears that all plastic parts of the model itself are intact. Overall, the purchase experience has been a good one. I would purchase from this seller again in the future.
