    Great prenatal workout

    Great workout - Doesn't do to much for your heartrate but really works on balance and has almost a "pilates" like effect on you. Great to supplement your healthy walking regiment. Make sure that you have an exercise ball, band, and hand weights as they are used throughout this workout.

    Gabrielle Reece The Complete Fit & Healthy Pregnancy

    the pregnancy workout dvd goes thru whole pregnancy and has post exericses as well :) I had the first one but it only went to the second trimester. Finding this one was a great deal. I really enjoy that fact that gabrielle is doing the excerices with you as she goes thru each month of pregnancy.

    Great workout

    This is a wonderful pregnancy workout program. It changes the workout routine every month of your pregnancy and this feature keeps me from getting bored.This definitely is for someone who is already physically active,I'm not sure it would be comfortable for a beginner.

    Gabrielle Reece- The Complete Fit & Healthy Pregnancy W

    Love product but be sure that you have all of the equipment necessary to do the workout: a rubber band, mat, yoga ball, towel and a few sizes in free weights to choose from. Wonderful tape with warm up and cool down. Very adaptable and safe.

    worth it!

    I love that it offers short yet valuable workout's for each month of your pregnancy. I also love the warm-up's, cool downs & that it offers a post-natal plan too. Definetly recommend
