The VP-728 came and works fine. However, there was an issue with the shipping, and it didn't arrive until nearly two weeks after the expected due date. I don't believe the delays were the seller's fault but when I was inquiring at the post office, I learned that the actual shipping cost was less than half of what was charged to me. Still a good price for the unit but I was gambling on its functionality. I'd recommend the seller rethink inflating the shipping that much for future sales.
